Wow! Some great resources. I have an elderly friend with cancer who went downhill within 2 months, from exercise class and lunch dates to hospice, passing through an awful rehab and 2 hospital stays. By the time they talked about hospice at home she was so out of it. And I know her single mom daughter who lives with her is overwhelmed and doesn’t know where to start. It is scary. You can’t plan for everything but you can be open to talking. All this information is so helpful.
